Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara
Pick up from Airport OR Hotel and transfer to office to depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch. On arrival proceed for a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight at the camp
Day 2: Masai Mara
After breakfast proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Dinner and overnight at the camp
Day 3: Masai Mara- Nakuru
After your breakfast, leave for Masai Village Visit. You will get to interact with the local Masai People through singing, dancing and also jumping high as they do. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch enroute, with scenic views of Mt. Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. Dinner and overnight Budget hotel
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast proceeds on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife including flamingoes. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Drive to Naivasha .Dinner and overnight at Budget hotel
Day 5; Naivasha -Amboseli National park
After breakfast have a nature walk in the hell’s gate national park – lunch and drive to Amboseli national park dinner and overnight at Kimana camp
Day 6: Amboseli Full day
A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak too if weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunch return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Amboseli – Arusha
After breakfast, proceed for your final game drive in Amboseli National Park. If weather permits, you will see the view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later, depart Amboseli National Park to Arusha through Namanga border for immigration formalities. Aboard the shuttle bus to Arusha town arriving in the afternoon. Economic Adventure Safaris manager will pick you from the bus stop and drop you at the hotel booked on bed and breakfast.
Day 8: Arusha – Lake Manyara
After breakfast, depart to Lake Manyara with lunch en route. You will proceed to Lake Manyara for a game drive at Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. Have dinner and overnight at basic tents
Day 9: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will descend 2,000 feet (670 meters) into the crater floor with your picnic lunches. The entire day is spent in the park with a lunch break at Ngoitoktok Springs picnic site. The main crater is 165 kilometers and contains populations of various species including black manned lions, rhinos, buffalo, elephants, and other grazing animals. Have dinner and overnight at basic tents.
Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast and your final game drive, depart to Serengeti via Olduvai Gorge. Lunch at Gorge Museum. After lunch, visit various sites of the gorge to see where the remains of the pre-historic man were discovered by the famous archeologist Dr. Louis Seymour Bazett Leakey. Proceed with afternoon game drives. Have dinner and overnight at the campsite
Day 11: Serengeti National Park – Tarangire
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire, arriving in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game drive in the park, the most beautiful park in Tanzania with regard to animal concentration and abundance. Tarangire is full of vegetation. Have dinner and overnight at the campsite.
Day 12: Tarangire – Arusha
After breakfast and your final game drive in the park, depart for Arusha with lunch en route. Overnight at the budget hotel. Dinner will be on your own.
Day 13: Arusha – Zanzibar or Nairobi
After breakfast, Economic Adventure Safaris will pick you up from the hotel and drop you off at the airport to connect to Zanzibar for a beach holiday or catch the shuttle bus back to Nairobi.
