Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast you will depart for Tarangire National Park arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon of game viewing. Lesser kudu, eland, lion, and gerenuk can be found in this beautiful park, noted for its multitude of baobab trees and its tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at the campsite
Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This afternoon, you will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a day crater tour with picnic lunches. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park
Drive to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned archaeological discoveries. Visit this museum at an extra cost and see the findings including some of the man’s earliest known ancestral remains. Lunch will be at the Seronera camp. You will have an afternoon game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Dinner and overnight at campsite
Day 4: Serengeti National Park – Lake Manyara
Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast. Return to the camp for late breakfast mid-morning and then depart to Lake Manyara with lunch en route. Upon arrival have the evening game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at campsite.
Day 5: Lake Manyara – Arusha
After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos, and other varieties of bird life. Lunch at the camp. After lunch, drive back to Arusha drop of at Ambassador Hotel
